• Twenty-two high schools in Hampden and Hampshire County and two community colleges, Holyoke Community College and Springfield Technical Community College
• Encompasses last two years of high school and first two years of college.  May also include last two years of college (2+2+2).
• Academic and career pathways in specific career clusters leading to certificate, two-year associate degree, four-year bachelor degree, or entry into apprenticeship programs or the workplace.
• Career planning at both the secondary and post-secondary levels.
• Articulated college credits through articulation agreements for course work completed in high school.
• Transitional services to assist students entering the community colleges.
