Massachusetts Real Estate Exam Preparation

Since 1986, Holyoke Community College has been an authorized MA Real Estate School approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Professional Licensure. We have successfully assisted thousands of area real estate professionals in their professional development by selecting top instructors from the real estate, legal, housing, consumer protection, environmental, financing and appraising professions to instruct our courses.

We offer the Real Estate Salespersons Preparation course for individuals who want to start work towards their Real Estate License and preparing for the MA Real Estate Salespersons Licensing Exam . This course covers the mandatory 24 hours of real estate principles and practices individuals need to know. Texts for the course are available through our bookstore. Successful completion of the course qualifies you to sit for the MA Real Estate Salesperson Examination through the testing company Promissor.
